Midwest Construction Products have been providing quality geotextiles for over 25 years! Our vast experience in providing geotextiles will help you determine the right fabric for your application. Whether you are looking for separation or erosion control, stabilization or drainage, we have what you need. |

Stabilization Fabrics
When building drive ways, parking lots, roads, runways, or any
other traffic-bearing surface, the ultimate performance depends
on the strength and stability of the foundation.
Using the right geotextile will provide the rugged
separation layer needed between the aggregate and the sub-grade.
This means increased service life for asphalt or concrete
surfaces, and resistance to rutting on unpaved roads.
Geotextiles provide
improved roadway performance. In addition to maintenance savings, geotextiles save cost by reducing aggregate depth and preserving the aggregate. Also providing separation, wet periods or saturated soil conditions will not necessarily increase construction time and labor.
Choose the right Stabilization/Separation fabric for the Job
depending on sub-grade strength, traffic conditions, aggregate
type and thickness. |

FILTER FABRICS
Geotextile provide a protective layer to help prevent native
soil intrusion and clogging of subsurface drains.
In storm water and septic systems, geotextiles act as a
permeable separator allowing liquids to percolate into the
ground through the drainage field while restricting fine
particles from passage.
Geotextile filter fabrics are easily installed and act as an
cost effective alternative to graded aggregate or sand filters.
Applications using filter fabrics include pavement edge drains,
storm water systems, French drains, and foundation drainage. Suggested Geotextiles for Filter Fabric applications: GFNW3, GFNW3.5, GFNW4, GFNW4.5 |

High Strength Fabric
To meet the demanding range of site requirements for
reinforcement projects, high strength geotextiles of
polypropylene composition are designed to provide versatility
and durability.
High strength geotextiles are available for reinforced work
platforms and similar applications.
Tensile strength and tensile modulus vary to meet
specific requirements.
High-tenacity woven geotextiles are available for long term
reinforcement in critical performance structures.
High tensile strength and modulus contribute to soil
structure reinforcement.
Additionally, low stain under load minimizes the
potential for creep deformation.
When doing erosion control, embankment protection, and other
applications that demand a higher water flow, monofilament
geotextiles are a great choice.
These geotextiles features permittivity for drainage,
durability, conformability, and a great resistance to rot and
chemicals!
